Booking Terms & Conditions for the Magic of the Horse performance
Once booked all tickets are non-transferable or refundable. All details are correct at time of publication. Changes to the published program will be made only when circumstances are beyond our control.
If you have booked full price tickets and booked a minimum of 5 days in advance of the performance your tickets will be posted to you. If you have to collect your tickets at the venue please go to the ticket collections point and take a printed copy of your booking confirmation with you, as proof of purchase.
If the card holder will not be present the person collecting the tickets must bring a letter of authorization from the card holder containing the booking details and reference number, along with the cardholders name and signature, stating that they authorize the nominated person to collect the tickets on their behalf.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone who in our opinion, might be a risk to the safety of the audience or the running of the performance e.g. if the person(s) appears to be under the influence of alcohol/drugs or is acting aggressively.
Given the nature of the show, we request latecomers await admission until a suitable break in the program, so they do not disturb the working horses.
In order to guarantee tickets, full payment must be made at time off booking. Tickets cannot be reserved without payment. A confirmation e-mail will be sent upon completion and full payment of booking. Credit card sales will be encrypted by PayPal.
